About the role
As a Brand Marketing Manager at North Beta Capital, you’ll shape our brand in global markets, joining a firm that uses Generative AI and advanced technologies for a new productivity wave. You’ll develop and implement our brand strategy, execute promotion plans, and enhance our image across channels. You’ll analyze competitors and adjust our strategy accordingly. This role is about narrating our story, fostering relationships, and building a community around our brand. How you will add value
Develop and implement the company’s long-term market brand strategy in line with our development goals.
Plan and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly brand promotion plans.
Establish the company’s market operation system and supervise the implementation of the corporate brand strategy plan.
Collect and analyze competitor information within the industry, making timely adjustments to the brand strategy.
Prepare budgets for various brand management expenses and control related expenditures.
Enhance the company’s brand output and image building through domestic and international media channels, offline events, and other scenarios.
We are excited about you because you have
Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing management, advertising, communications, or related fields.
Over 5 years of experience in venture capital media.
Strong writing skills and proficiency in English as a working language.
Familiarity with international media channels.
Strong planning ability and familiarity with the financial industry and primary market equity investment business.
Successful experience in global corporate brand management.
Sensitive business and market awareness, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent resource integration skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, adept at communication, and able to convert stable relationships into corporate development support.
