About the role
This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly contribute to our financial growth. As a key member of our investment team, you will be instrumental in capital raising for our Private Credit and Equity Funds, a crucial step in achieving our targeted Asset Under Management (AUM). This role (based in either Hong Kong or San Francisco CA) is pivotal in ensuring our financial success and maintaining investor confidence..
How you will add value
Capital Raising:
Develop and implement strategies to secure investors for our Private Credit and Equity Funds.
Identify potential investors and present them with investment opportunities.
Manage the investment process end-to-end, from initial contact to finalizing the investment.
Investor Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
Provide regular updates and reports on fund performance and market trends.
Address investor queries promptly and professionally.
We are excited about you because you have
A bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field is required. An MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree is preferred.
For an Associate position, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, or a related field is required.
Proven experience in capital raising, ideally within the investment banking, private equity, or venture capital industry.
Strong understanding of the Generative AI industry and other sectors.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
